Julia Bell, a Scottish born yogi who planted her roots in Berlin over 5 years ago. She found her love for yoga through the app she was working for as a Social Media manager Asana Rebel and for there the obsession began. A self-professed yoga-addict she made sure to get up each day at 6 am to get in her 60-90 minute flow before heading off to work – but it still wasn’t enough! This curiosity lead her to take her 200hr teacher training in Vinyasa flow where the love for anatomy and the Yoga Sutras began…the opportunities are endless for growth in yoga and that’s what makes it so exciting for her. Now, she teaches a mixture of Power yoga with fun fitness elements in it, and flexibility – although you can expect anything in one of her classes and in most, all of the above! She can’t wait to share yoga with as many people as possible and to talk about how to build yoga into your routine!
